Job Description

HTI is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician with a growing manufacturing company in the Duncan, SC area. This company specializes in advanced automotive and thermal management manufacturing, supporting high-volume production through automation, continuous improvement, and a strong focus on safety and quality. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, electrical systems, and automated manufacturing lines in a fast-paced production environment. What We Offer Competitive pay + overtime opportunities Stable manufacturing environment with long-term growth potential Opportunity to work with advanced automated equipment and technologies Team-oriented culture focused on safety and continuous improvement Career advancement opportunities within maintenance and technical operations What You Need High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience working with conveyors, automated equipment, and production machinery Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with Keyence or Cognex vision systems is a plus Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors, sensors, and VFDs preferred Ability to work overtime and support a 3rd shift schedule What Your Role Will Look Like Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime Perform preventive maintenance and complete assigned work orders Support automated production lines and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on industrial machinery Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Support production, engineering, and maintenance teams in resolving equipment issues Maintain a safe and organized work environment Participate in cross-training and team-based improvement activities If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your maintenance career in a highly automated manufacturing environment, we would love to connect with you.
