Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Tech to join our team at our newly developed, high-end apartment complex. The Maintenance Tech will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the property, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, amenity spaces, and outdoor areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, and dust and clean surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings held in common areas. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and tightening fixtures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the community manager. Assist residents with carrying items or moving furniture as needed. Monitor building security and report any suspicious activity. Ensure that the exterior of the building and grounds are well-maintained and free of debris. Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Other duties as assigned by the property manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a porter, janitorial, or maintenance role preferred. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Basic maintenance skills are a plus.

Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
