  • Fri Our team is looking for Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced material handling facility.
This role is hands-on and focused on keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. We operate 24/7, so candidates must be open to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. We're looking for someone with a strong electrical and mechanical background who can troubleshoot, take ownership, and work well individually and part of a team. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (AC/DC, motor starters, relays, sensors, VFDs, encoders, etc.) Diagnose and repair mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, bearings, conveyors) Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on conveyors and facility equipment Weld and fabricate as needed (supports, rails, equipment repairs) Tear down, repair, and rebuild equipment Read work orders and document work in the system Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Maintain critical spare parts inventory and request materials as needed Keep work areas clean and safe What You'll Be Doing Daily Responding to breakdowns and getting equipment back up quickly Running PMs and catching issues before they fail Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems Communicating with the team on issues and status Entering work orders and tracking repairs Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience (industrial or material handling preferred) Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and work safely around equipment Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic computer skills (work orders, email, Teams, etc.) Willing to use personal phone for communication/work tasks
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred Work Environment / Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse (concrete floors, varying temps) Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, etc.)
