Maintenance Technician

A new construction luxury apartment community in Pfugerville, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible for assisting with maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves insuring a clean and well maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Protect the investment of the apartment property owner by anticipating, itodentifying, and correcting any and all problems involving the property Assist in implementing and performing preventative maintenance procedures. Cultivate resident satisfaction by completeting work orders and repairs submitted by residents. Make apartments ready for future residents and assist with scheduling vendors and contractors for unit turns. Perform other duties as required SKILLS Proven experience as maintenance technician. Basic understanding of electrical systems. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and repairs. EPA Cetification is preferred. Basic understanding of plumbing and water heating systems and repairs. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.

GENERAL POSITION INFORMATION

Full Time / 40 Hours per week Being on call is required Eligible for Overtime pay Multi-family maintenance experience (Preferred) Criminal background and drug testing required for employment. Must have a valid driver's license
