This position would be responsible for general maintenance of our buildings and day-to-day needs of the buildings as they come up. We are looking for an individual that can perform general maintenance at our apartments and in our group home settings. Duties Completing maintenance requests in a timely manner Diagnosing maintenance concerns efficiently and effectively Preparing apartments for move-ins Assist with preventative maintenance Preferred Experience General Carpentry General Electrical Painting General plumbing
