Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. You will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all tenants, staff and visitors. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs and service tasks on various machinery and appliances. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring safety standards are met. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during maintenance projects to ensure timely completion. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs and parts used for accountability and future reference. Requirements Clean Driving Record to drive our vehicles (a vehicle will be provided to you). Clean drug report will be required before your start date. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, construction processes, and general maintenance practices. Strong communication skills to document work clearly and collaborate with other departments.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
