• Must have a valid drivers license Must be a self starter
• Must be able to communicate
• Must be reliable and responsible
• Must be enthusiastic and energetic
• Must be mechanically minded
• Must have a fix it right the first time attitude
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Safety first (Must be able to follow lock out\tag out procedures\PPE)
• Must complete job in a neat clean manner

MINIMUM DUTIES

o Maintain all buildings and equipment o Work with minimal supervision o Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule § Minimize repair downtime o Maintain supplies and parts inventory for equipment repairs o Assist in maintain utilities o Maintain organized workshop o Assist in execution of annual Farm Day event o Maintain appliances in retail store, air filters, electrical, plumbing o Maintain coolers and freezers in retail store and trailers o Maintain parking lots Rate of pay based on experience.
