Full-time, flexible, some weekends required

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a licensed cannabis cultivation facility. Must be skilled in general facility maintenance and multiple trades.

Responsibilities:

HVAC (commercial AC) troubleshooting and repairs Plumbing and basic electrical work RO water system service and filter replacements Replace grow lights and maintain equipment Clean water tanks, wall fans, and facility areas Drywall repairs, painting, and general handyman work

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong handyman / building maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks
• Must be available for occasional weekends
• Comfortable working in a cannabis cultivation environment
• Must pass a background check and complete a 30-day probation period
• Must have own basic tools (company provides additional tools)
• Must have valid work authorization (work permit or permanent resident card)
