What You'll Need:

5+ years in a maintenance role Exceptional electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Repair and maintenance skills Experience in machine modification and rebuild Basic understanding of PLCs Forklift Operator experience High school diploma or GED (bonus points for trade/tech school). Hands-on chops in maintenance, repair, or industrial/warehouse work. Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills—blueprints and schematics don't scare you.
