Maintenance Technician

A well-established, growing, family-owned food manufacturer is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems Work with PLC-controlled equipment and modern production lines Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently Support facility systems including plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance Assist with equipment setup and operational support Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory What We're Looking For Maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working with automation and PLC systems Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Comfortable handling both equipment and light facility maintenance Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred What's In It For You Consistent overtime (8-10 hours/week) 4-day work week Strong benefits package Long-term stability with a company that's been around 60+ years Modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment High employee tenure and team-oriented culture Real opportunities for advancement and growth We are actively scheduling interviews.
