Maintenance Technician

Part-time Position Responsibilities:

Must be able to multi-task and work politely with senior residents Experience working with multiple tools, troubleshoot problems. Timely completion of turning rooms Handling minor repairs particularly relating to the repair of bathroom and kitchen equipment, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance. Providing assistance with miscellaneous tasks related to the visual appearance and upkeep of the property Keep the Maintenance Supervisor informed of any maintenance issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision
