Maintenance Technician

Meridian Group Inc., a property management company specializing in affordable housing, is seeking to fill a full time position working as a residential Maintenance Technician at Taylor Ridge (Cottage Grove, WI) and Meadow Grove (East Madison, WI). Taylor Ridge offers 60 units of senior housing and Meadow Grove offers 66 units of senior housing. The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools. This position qualifies for our full time benefits program and competitive salary. There will be on-call responsibilities with a financial incentive.
