Job Description

Job Summary Maintenance Technician - New Haven, WV We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, cleaning, basic repairs). Maintain grounds and common areas.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of maintenance Previous experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently
