Maintenance Technician

Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for our client to help keep their facility operations running smoothly. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all machinery and building systems are operating efficiently throughout the shift.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily checks on equipment to ensure all machines are functioning properlyMaintain and troubleshoot carton erectors, conveyor systems, and robotic systemsRespond to and resolve equipment breakdowns in real timeExecute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks based on supervisor schedulesDiagnose issues, identify required parts, and reference manuals as neededCommunicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issuesLog maintenance activity, issues, and repairs throughout each shiftEnsure work areas are clean, organized, and safeTransition unfinished tasks or key updates to the next shift

Day-to-Day BreakdownStart of Shift:

Inspect and verify all machines are operating properly

Mid-Shift:

Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair breakdowns

End of Shift:

Document all work completed, clean work areas, and communicate updates to the next shift
