Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of customer's pools and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing routine cleanings, troubleshooting issues, and logging needed repairs across various systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform routine maintenance on residential pools.. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment. Conduct inspections of pool systems to identify potential problems before they escalate. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, pump, timers, etc. Assist with projects by providing technical support and a second set of hands Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a residential environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in pool maintenance and repair. Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and operational manuals accurately. Familiarity with residential pool equipment is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance tasks when needed. Knowledge of practices related to pool maintenance or renovation projects is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
