Maintenance Technician

This energetic role involves performing routine and complex maintenance tasks across Comericial HVAC systems. You will be teamed with a Senior Technician. You will be instrumental in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs that keep our operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct inspections of building systems to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions promptly. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing mechanical expertise and ensuring safety standards are met. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference. Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, and my be on-call to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Skills Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, HVAC/R systems, and air conditioning. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Experience as a service technician with a track record of troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical problems. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Pay:

$18.00 - $30.26 per hour
