Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating and cooling, ventilation, roofing and lockset re-keying. Inspect building and equipment for needed repairs and maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution. Repair and install water supply, drain lines, valves, and natural gas lines. Perform preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems and equipment including changing filers. Additional responsibilities include general maintenance duties such as snow removal and salting sidewalks. Perform duties in commercial buildings and properties including office and warehouse spaces. Knowledge, Skills, and/or

Abilities:

5+ years of experience with building management and/or maintenance. Must be "hands on" Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Commercial electrical experience preferred. Valid unrestricted drivers license.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Regularly required to talk and/or hear to communicate with co-workers, managers, customers, and/or vendors. Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery. Frequently required to bend, twist, turn, kneel, and/or squat. Frequently required to stand and/or walk on various terrains. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
