Job description: Maintenance Technician Needed! Join our Team of Property Management Professionals in an exciting field! Our company specializes in the management of Mobile Home and RV Communities and is quickly growing as we are acquiring many new properties requiring professional management. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support common area maintenance, grounds care, and general property operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is primarily an outdoor position with daily duties including but not limited to the following: Complete assigned daily maintenance tasks in accordance with company standards. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Community Manager and onsite staff. Perform common area maintenance and janitorial duties (including clubhouse, restrooms, and shared facilities). Perform landscaping duties including planting, pruning, trimming, weeding, and limited digging. Home rehab and repairs Coordinate and respond to property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate and work with vendors as needed
Requirements:
EPA Certification Required Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential, apartment, manufactured housing, or community environments Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to assess issues logically and escalate complex matters appropriately Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Knowledge of basic landscaping practices, plants, soils, and weed control Familiarity with the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related duties Interested applicants may submit resume via email with qualifications and relevant job history by replying to this ad and attaching a resume in word, pdf, or other commonly used format.
