Every bag of popcorn we produce depends on skilled maintenance professionals who keep our equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and help ensure seamless production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and takes pride in precision and reliability.What We Offer:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment issues Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine equipment checks Perform system resets, including PC and PLC troubleshooting Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Follow and promote safety procedures, including OSHA standards, PPE use, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and Arc Flash safety Assist in maintaining facility systems such as electrical infrastructure, chillers, and fire protection systems Document maintenance work accurately in the CMMS system Communicate effectively with team members across shifts Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including TPM and root-cause analysisWeaver's Mission and Values:
