Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment and systems. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Duties Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other mechanical systems. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Skills Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
