What You'll Do:

As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and facility systems in a face-paced environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, minimize equipment downtime, document repairs in the MRP system, and follow all company and safety procedures and protocols.

Daily Tasks:

Preventative & Corrective Maintenance:

Preform routine maintenance and repair production machinery, including hydraulic/pneumatic systems, pumps, and motors.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose mechanical failures and repair malfunctioning equipment promptly to minimize downtime.

Installation & Setup:

Install and calibrate new manufacturing equipment and assist with production line setups and changes.

Documentation:

Record maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders in an MRP system.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED; technical certification, apprenticeship, or associate's degree in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields is preferred. 2+ years' experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Proficiency with hand/power tools, electrical equipment, and welding/fabrication. Ability to work in, around, and on top of machinery, lift 50lbs and work from ladders.
