What You'll Do:

Complete work orders and emergency repairs Perform general maintenance and preventative care Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs Prepare units for new residents Maintain common areas and grounds Participate in on‑call rotation What We're Looking For All experience levels welcome Maintenance or trade experience preferred HS diploma or GED MN Class C Driver's License Boiler license (or willingness to obtain)
