• 6:15 AM Allegiance Staffing has partnered with a well-established food manufacturing company in Algona, WA to hire a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for their 3rd Shift team.

What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving a wide variety of production and facility equipment to ensure operations continue running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing manufacturing equipment including: Motor controls DC/AC drives Frying and baking equipment Sheeters and extruders Packaging machinery Burner systems and controls Electronic scales PLC-controlled equipment Maintaining facility equipment such as: Air compressors Hydraulic systems Pumps and fans HVAC systems Forklifts/lift trucks Performing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and maximize production efficiency Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Completing equipment installations and repair projects Assisting with electrical work and equipment upgrades Ensuring compliance with food safety and lockout/tagout safety procedures Collaborating with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues What We're Looking For We are seeking a dependable, hands-on technician who can think critically under pressure and work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have:
