Must be able to work independently and as a team member. The right candidate must be able to work as a team player, detailed oriented and must be able to work weekends and holidays. Preventative maintenance of all common areas and guest rooms; which includes cleaning A/C-heating units, bathroom fans, carpet cleaning, and light bulb replacement. General repairs may include fixing wallpaper and/or painting and basic plumbing. General cleaning duties mayinclude mopping, vacuuming and other duties as assigned by Management.

Must:

Have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal skills. Be detailed-orientated. Multi-tasking is essential. Pool/hot tub maintenance & chemical balancing is a plus. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and extensive standing/walking required. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Pay depending upon experience.
