Maintenance Technician I

Sun City MacDonald Ranch is a 55+ active adult community featuring a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse, a golf course, and multiple common areas. We take great pride in our community and in the work we do. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician I to support our Facilities Team. This is an entry-level to intermediate role responsible for assisting with general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, painting, preventative maintenance, event setups, and light cleaning duties. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in commercial maintenance while working alongside an experienced team.
