Dental, Healthcare, Vision, 401(k) Position Summary The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for supporting the ongoing operation, maintenance, and reliability of production and support facilities. This role performs preventative and corrective maintenance, ensures work is completed safely and on schedule, and communicates daily work status with relevant teams and service providers. Key Accountabilities Ensure the successful ongoing operation and maintenance of facility systems. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and support facilities. Capture daily work status accurately and review upcoming schedules with appropriate personnel. Coordinate with external service providers to ensure availability and alignment with maintenance schedules. Complete work plans safely, efficiently, and within established timelines. Required & Preferred Skills And Experience Intermediate-level experience, typically 3-5 years in maintenance or a related field. Ability to provide technical, functional, and/or administrative support. General working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures relevant to the department. Capable of performing routine maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make basic operational decisions. Additional Skills (Preferred) Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with procedures.
