Maintenance Technician Part time Experienced Property Management North King County - Bothell/Kenmore area Job description We are looking for a reliable individual with prior experience working as a maintenance technician at multifamily apartment buildings. This position is located in the North King County/Kenmore - Bothell area. Travel between buildings in an assigned geographical area with own vehicle daily. This is a part time Seasonal position expected to last through late October 2026.

Overview:

We are a Locally owned property management company which oversees residential apartment buildings in the North King County areas. This is a great opportunity to work this Summer Season part time with a team of great people in a positive environment. We anticipate the need to work is approximately 29 hours weekly and the schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:

Qualified applicant will have experience in light plumbing and light electrical (no license required).. Troubleshoot appliances, lighting, heating, plumbing. Handle minor drywall repair and painting. Replace smoke/CO alarms, door locks. Ready vacant apartments for new resident move in.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years' prior experience working in apartment maintenance in a multifamily setting is preferred. Have your own reliable vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license at start of job. Own smart phone to communicate with the office. Good communication skills. Reliability is a must. Basic own tools needed.

Physical abilities:

Ability to lift up to 35-45 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds with assistance, based on lift protocols. Able to walk up and down stairs. Must be able to stoop, bend, twist and stand for periods of time. Ability to drive a motor vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

The wage is $32.00 hourly and is part time, with 29 hours worked expected weekly. WA State Safe and Sick Time eligible at the rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
