Job Description

Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a Direct Hire 2nd Shift Maintenance candidate with at least two years of Automation experience. The ideal candidate will be able to perform complex mechanical and electronic equipment repair, troubleshooting faults on automated equipment, and provide technical and general guidance on equipment. Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday 11:00am-9:30pm plus overtime as required. Will need to be able to train on 1st shift for a minimum of one month Monday
  • Thursday 6:00am
  • 3:00pm and Fridays 6:00am
  • 12:00pm
Pay:
$31.76 plus $1.50 shift Premium for any hours worked after 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
Possess advanced knowledge working with automated manufacturing equipment and ensuring minimal downtime. Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and perform adjustments as necessary Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment and machinery Disassemble machinery and/or equipment to make repairs Troubleshoot and repair machine electrical and controls malfunctions such as 3-phase motor replacements, circuit replacements, etc.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the following areas are preferred: PLC systems, Electro/mechanical machinery, safety devices, electro-mechanical troubleshooting/repair, equipment process development. Minimum 2 years experience working with automated manufacturing equipment Technical and/or vocational training from an accredited school with coursework in industrial automation is a plus, but not required.
