with On-Demand Pay•Maintenance Worker The Maintenance Worker will perform maintenance related duties with primary responsibilities of ground and building upkeep. Additional non-related duties will be performed in this position as needed.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30 Some responsibilities include: Assist with all facility and property electrical and electrical related projects, maintenance and repairs, including Emergency Electric Generation plant. Assist with all facility and property plumbing and plumbing related projects, maintenance and repairs. Assist with all facility and property carpentry and woodworking related projects, maintenance and repairs. Assist with construction and renovation related needs in the village or on property. Assist with general upkeep including lawns, landscaping and painting. Qualifications High school or equivalency diploma Three months related experience or training Valid NYS license without restrictions Rate of pay starts at $19 an hour and is commensurate with experience.
