Maintenance Worker

Overview We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and energetic Maintenance Worker. This role involves a variety of maintenance duties and more on our historic Estate during the tour season (April - December) helping to ensure a smooth operation by conducting repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. This position also includes yardwork, cleaning, and miscellaneous duties as needed. We will consider a full-time or part-time positions. Continued part-time work after the tour season may be available. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools. Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and caring for lawns. Cleaning of all public buildings. Other as requested. Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance. Proactive identification of details requiring attention indoors and out. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
