Job Description

The Cottages at Summer Village is looking for a part time, weekend seasonal maintenance person to join our team in Wells. Situated on 60 acres, the property features 247 free standing cottages and three pools. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, staff will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the resort's facilities. The ideal candidate should enjoy working outdoors, be organized, and capable of following instructions. Independence and strong problem solving skills are essential. This role may involve poll vacuuming, a certified pool operator certificate is desired, but is not required. A valid driver's license is required. Weekends required.
