We're seeking a hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker who takes pride in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to make a difference every day. What You'll Do Keep our building safe & functional: Handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and assist with emergencies.

Use your technical skills:

Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and more to keep systems running smoothly.

Support new residents:

Prepare rooms and ensure each space is ready for move-ins. Promote safety & compliance: Assist with inspections, work with contractors, and follow building codes and safety standards.

Lend a hand with residents:

Help with outings, appointments, and provide a friendly, helpful presence in the community.

Take care of the details:

Maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and respond with a positive attitude. What We're Looking For Maintenance or repair experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields). A problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day. Friendly, approachable, and willing to interact with seniors and staff. Flexibility to help with occasional weekend or evening needs.
