Maintenance/Grounds Days :
Mon•Fri 7:30am•4:00pm
Pay :
$12•$13 Must have valid driver's license
Job Description/Experience:
Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscaping Trim shrubs, trees, and overgrowth using saws and cutting equipment Maintain gravel, paved areas, fencing, and exterior lighting Perform basic repairs to buildings, doors, fences, gates, and storage units Use hand and power tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.) for maintenance and fabrication tasks Identify maintenance issues and report major repair needs to management Assist with unit turnarounds including cleaning, minor repairs, and painting
