Maintenance/Refrigeration Technician

They're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who can own equipment reliability and keep production moving without missing a beat. 💥 What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair equipment issues before they become downtime disasters Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems Work with refrigeration systems (compressors, pumps, condensers, heat exchangers, etc.) Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical docs Handle basic electrical work independently Identify root causes—not just quick fixes—and implement real solutions 🧠 What You Bring 6+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience At least one technical certification (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, etc.) Strong troubleshooting mindset—you don't guess, you diagnose Solid understanding of industrial safety standards
