Job Description

Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Mammography Technologist skilled in imaging and mammography techniques. This 13-week contract role is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic excellence.
Key Details:
Schedule:
5 shifts per week, 8 hours each, Monday through Friday—day shift
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT(M) certification required Active Kansas state license (KS License) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Proven experience as a Mammo Tech or in imaging-related settings Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a clinical environment Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic mammograms according to established protocols and safety standards Ensure accurate image quality for physician interpretation Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and address concerns with empathy Maintain precise documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Operate and troubleshoot mammography equipment as needed Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to facilitate patient care and workflow Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
