MANAGEMENT ANALYST
(LXL-2026-25225): Bowhead seeks a Management Analyst (MA) to join our LXL Contract at NSWC Crane, IN. The Management Analyst must be a self-starter who can work independently but also within a team environment, with minimal supervision, and able to stay organized and multitask while meeting deadlines and assisting the program.
Responsibilities Essential functions will include:
Monitoring Division metric data Performing work such as preparing, receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents; maintaining office records; locating and compiling data or information from files; compiling information for reports; keeping a calendar and informing others of deadlines and other important dates; and similar clerical support work within an organization. Providing cross-functional support across various mission-critical areas such as logistics coordination, financial processing, security clearances, and personnel management. Responsibility for leading meeting preparations, records management, and facilitating Division-level communications and reporting requirements that directly impact mission readiness and organizational effectiveness. Managing time-sensitive, and essential organizational functions such as the processing of official memos, travel orders, procurement quotes, clearance requests, building access, and conference packages. May be called upon to make clear and convincing oral presentations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum in addition to at least two ( 2+) years' of work similar work experience Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Must demonstrate an advanced knowledge of systems such as DTS, DISS, PACS, ERP, and SharePoint Must be able to demonstrate skill in using job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet Demonstrable ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues to teammates, managers, and customers; make clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; and clarifies information as needed Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
