Duties Help Provides input to assist in managing DOD and Air Force productivity, awards, and recognition programs. As an advanced trainee, assists senior technicians in planning, developing, and conducting organizional structure, workforce staffing/utilizion, and/or space utilizion studies to improve and simplify processes and maximize resource utilizion. Assist senior analysts in providing guidance in managing the Performance Management Program. Assists in conducting work measurement, methods and procedures, manpower requirements utilizion, and/or engineered time standard studies. Assists in conducting competitive sourcing studies, management surveys and/or research projects. Assists in performing internal management support services in the areas of program cost monitoring, annual fiscal planning and development of annual work plan(s) for organizions of limited scope.
