Job Description

You will serve as a
MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
(JOINT) in the HQ U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Manpower and Personnel Directorate (J1), Manpower and Personnel Division (J13), Manpower Organization and Resources Branch Division (J133) of
HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Conducting joint manpower requirements, advising senior leadership on organizational structure and resource allocation by leveraging eJMAPS for data-driven recommendations; 2) Coordinating comprehensive management studies, developing new evaluation metrics to deliver data-driven recommendations that improved organizational structures and overall production efficiency; 3) Conducting management analysis to balance military end strength between the FYDP and eJMAPS, providing critical advice on reprogramming manpower and funds for contingency operations.
