Management Trainee

We are seeking someone to join our management team to become a manager. Job would entail managing a team of 6 employees. Ensuring quality and timely completion of vehicle is of utmost importance. We will train for the job but please have management experience. We have found that management from fast food industry and quick lube/tire industry to be very successful. Duties Assist in the daily operations of the bodyshop Supervise staff and coordinate production activities to maintain efficiency. Train new employees on basic preparation and Organization Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Writing estimates providing customer service best practices Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and government regulations. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Experience Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant, BODYSHOPS, Tire/lube industry preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff. Familiarity with hospitality management principles will be advantageous. A passion for cars and customer service is plus.
