Manager

Manager position to support Mayfield Heights, Macedonia and Parma store locations. After completion of training will support stores primarily in Mayfield, with occasional support at the Macedonia and Parma location.

Store Responsibilities:

• Complete opening day activities
• prepare store for opening: restock shelves, pull product forward, clean, straighten and organize.
• review / update salesforce; prepare follow-up activities for commercial sale manager

• Support Inventory Activities:

• coordinate store to store transfers, including file management
• perform cycle counts; adjust product min /max levels
• prepare RMAs
• prepare / support device repair month end activities
• Store Management
• Promote culture that supports business & corporate initiatives;

AAMPT & RALPT

metrics, SPIFF promotions, device repair, etc.

• Observe & coach associates to support achieving metrics, including device repair positive reviews
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure business & corporate initiatives are achieved
• Work with GM to identify / resolve store issues, and growth opportunities for new accounts
• Coach associates to identify / capture commercial lead opportunities
• Manage employee skills matrix, ensuring cross-functional training of associates
• Lead effort to grow device repair initiatives, including 5-star reviews
• Store Growth
• Participate in canvassing to grow device repair & key cutting/programming
