Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. Job Overview The Manager, Analytics & Modeling is responsible for leading advanced analytics and modeling capabilities that enable data‑driven decision‑making across commercial and operational functions. This role develops and applies analytical models, forecasts, and insights to support strategic planning, performance optimization, and business growth. The position partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, making a direct impact on customer experience, efficiency, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Design and maintain predictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities. Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and executive‑ready reporting. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities. Monitor key performance indicators and trends to inform forecasting, planning, and optimization efforts. Lead or support analytics‑driven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and internal control standards. Coach and develop analysts or project teams contributing to analytics and modeling work.Qualifications Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Preferred:
Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a quantitative focus.Experience and Skills Required:
6-8 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions. Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and translating data into business insights. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Experience working with large data sets and analytics or reporting tools. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.Preferred:
Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences. Familiarity with forecasting, scenario modeling, or advanced statistical techniques. Experience with BI, data visualization, or advanced analytics platforms. Experience supporting commercial, customer operations, or supply chain analytics. Knowledge of continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.Other Language:
English (required).Travel:
Up to 20%, primarily domestic.Certifications:

Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation- 120 hours per calendar year Sick time
- 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado
