Manager

Full-Time Store Manager - Sweet Monster We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and motivated full-time manager to oversee daily operations at our dessert and food business. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, previous management experience preferred, and a proven long-term track record of reliability and responsibility.

Schedule:

Full-time position 5 days per week Required days:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday Responsibilities:

Managing daily store operations Hiring, training, and supervising staff Creating and managing employee schedules Managing inventory and placing supply orders Preparing and making ice cream bases and other store preparations Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards Handling staff issues and maintaining a positive work environment Opening and closing responsibilities Maintaining organization and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Self-driven and highly motivated Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Long track history of reliability and consistency Must be able to work independently and solve problems proactively We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a team effectively, and wants a long-term position with growth and stability.

Pay:
