As a Manager, Content & Lifecyle Talent Marketing, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Recruitment Marketing team, you will report to the Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand. You will support projects, including building structured engagement strategies. These strategies connect employer brand storytelling, national partnerships, and career content to measurable pipeline outcomes. You will transform engagement from episodic activation to scalable, content-led architecture, strengthening consideration, improving conversion quality, and positioning Hilton as the global employer of choice. What you'll do during a typical day: Define and maintain important talent personas (Early Talent, Veterans, job categories, locations) and ensure messaging aligns to each audience Build email nurture campaigns that guide candidates from event participation or interest to active job consideration Develop and refine multi-format content (email, landing pages, long-form content, webinar scripts, partnership toolkits) aligned to persona journeys Plan and manage the content calendar for webinars, partner events, and talent community communications, including promotion and follow-up Be the primary owner of recruitment marketing activation for national and local recruitment partnerships, including event promotion, post-event follow-up emails, and performance tracking Review and improve job category pages, career path content, and FAQs to improve discoverability in AI-powered search tools Report on engagement performance (email open rates, webinar attendance, event-to-apply conversion, segment-based application lift) and recommend optimizations How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with Recruiting leaders to align engagement priorities Collaborate with recruitment marketing leads to ensure content supports measurable pipeline outcomes Work with Employer Brand and Content team members to align storytelling to persona strategy Present engagement insights and performance impact to HR and partners Projects you'll take ownership of: Build and manage a clear persona framework across priority talent segments Develop and oversee structured candidate nurture plans from first touch through application Lead content execution for webinars, events, and engagement campaigns Manage engagement strategy and activation for national partnerships Improve recruitment content for AI-driven and emerging search platforms Create reporting that tracks how engagement efforts increase applications by segment What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Six (6)+ years of experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or audience engagement strategy Demonstrated experience building segmented, persona-driven content strategies across email, web, and event channels Experience designing and building lifecycle/nurture programs that move audiences from awareness to conversion/application Experience using performance data (open rates, click-through-rates, engagement, and conversion metrics) to improve content strategy Partnership experience, working across marketing, HR, Recruiting, or business teams to align messaging with priorities It would be useful if you have: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field Experience applying content and lifecycle strategies within talent acquisition, employer brand, or recruitment marketing environments Experience working with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms Familiarity with SEO best practices and AI/LLM content optimization Experience building structured content hubs or persona-based landing page pathways Experience translating audience engagement into measurable pipeline or conversion outcomes Experience presenting strategy and performance insights to senior partners How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
