Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dairy/Frozen Associate to join our team. As a Dairy/Frozen Associate, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dairy/frozen department, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for the dairy/frozen industry.

Duties:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dairy/frozen department
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
• Supervise and train dairy/frozen department staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dairy/frozen department
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other departments to meet store goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a grocery or retail environment
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to manage inventory, including ordering and receiving products
• Knowledge of dairy/frozen products, including quality standards and storage requirements
• Proficient in basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting
• Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
• Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees
