We are seeking a Manager, Facilities, to join our Facilities team within the Operations department. They ensure the efficient operation of Citrin Cooperman's national offices, maintaining a functional, safe, and well-equipped workplace. This role oversees maintenance, security, vendor management, and workspace optimization, as well as working closely with regional and local teams to support office needs and enhance employee experience. This position is highly project focused. This position offers location flexibility across the Firm's major metropolitan offices and requires approximately 20% travel to other national or regional locations. Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Project Management:
Act as a main point of contact for renovations, relocations, and other larger-scale projects and integrations; collaborate with internal stakeholders, and architects and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
Maintenance & Repairs:
Coordinate maintenance, manage work orders and SLA compliance in relevant portals, perform site inspections, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.) function optimally and premises are well-maintained.
Office Operations:
Maintain relationships with property management and local stakeholders, supervise facility operations, actively participate in office construction and facilities projects and track status of open items to completion; monitor multi-office equipment lifecycles.
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations at a firm and local level; coordinate firm-implemented emergency planning and training.
Budget & Vendor Management:
Monitor budgets, review contracts, and assistance with reconciliation of departmental expenses.
The ideal candidate must:
Have a bachelor's degree (preferred). Have proven experience in facilities, office, or property management, with a strong focus in project oversight or management (5+ years). Possess strong knowledge of building systems and facility software. Possess excellent organizational and management skills. Manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Work full-time, in-person based in any major metro area Firm office (commutable by car), requires approximately 20% travel to various national offices for site-specific projects.
