Manager, Front of House

Essential Duties:

Supervise shift operations Manage BOH or FOH including scheduling Strictly follow company cash handling procedures. Complete opening duties.

FOH:

Managing staff, setting sections, balancing the cash drawers and overall operations to ensure guest receive the best experience possible.

BOH:

ensuring prep activities are completed, quality control checks for food safety and expediting food as needed to ensure all food meets our high standards of excellence for every guest. Promptly and professionally handle guest comments. Communicate all employee issues/complaints to management team. On going employee development.

Job qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 year working in restaurant environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

Ability to be self-starter. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Weekend and evening availability is a must. This role will report to our General Manager and will be a key member of our leadership / ownership team with career growth available as we continue to grow and expand operations.
