Job Description

Support the Corporate Functions Team as the strategic Human Resources Business Partner within the Corporate Functions organizations of 300 - 600 employees. Develop and execute organizational strategies that align structure, culture, and talent with business goals while coaching people leaders. Lead and deploy the People Excellence agenda for the business, including strategic programs, actions, and initiatives that enable the delivery of the business strategy. Serve as a strategic business partner, consulting with executives & senior leaders on organization design & development (planning, assessment/diagnosis, evaluation, and following-up). Coach executives and senior leaders to facilitate achievement of established business objectives through effective people management. Partner with a regional team of business partners and effectively work within a global HR operating model (Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and Business HR). Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing and talented workforce. Act as strategic change management facilitator. Develop and drive the overall execution of talent and organization practices and processes across the global organization. Ensure a deep understanding of the "State of the Organization & Talent," utilizing data and insights (i.e., attrition, future talent pipeline, engagement, current talent makeup, org makeup, etc.) to inform the PE agenda & initiatives. Partner with Global HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure business needs are incorporated into CoE strategies, processes, etc. Utilize deep talent and organizational effectiveness knowledge and experience to act as a coach to the organization and build capability to enable an Agile Organization, Great People, and Winning Culture. Facilitate annual organization planning, salary & fringe (S&F) profit planning, and talent processes for the organization, aligning with corporate processes, timelines, and tools. Lead annual talent management processes across the business, including Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, & Employee Engagement. Partner with Global Talent Acquisition on sourcing strategies and execution needed to address key talent gaps (e.g., critical leadership roles, proactive sourcing/market mapping to address succession gaps, critical skill sets, leadership pipeline programs, etc.). Partner with Global Learning & Development on development and global execution of programs associated with leadership development, people leader effectiveness, onboarding, mentoring, etc. Ensure deep understanding of the individual, key talent within the organization (e.g., leadership talent, next-generation talent, talent in critical roles). Enable strategic talent management practices such as early identification, understanding individual employee motivators, associated development & retention, career acceleration assignments, reward & recognition, etc. Participate with others in completing special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Labor and Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field plus 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, partnering with Senior level Business Executives.
