Job Description:

As a Manager in Training, you will receive hands‑on instruction in all areas of restaurant operations while working alongside experienced managers. This role prepares you for a future management position with Hardee's.

Responsibilities:

Learn daily restaurant operations and procedures Lead and support team members during shifts Provide excellent customer service Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling Help maintain a positive and productive work environment

Strong work ethic and leadership potential Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be available to work all shifts-Day, Evening Previous restaurant or customer service experience required.
