Position Summary Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures that clarify how inventory planning work is executed across planning horizons, roles, and handoffs Manage the intake process for new processes, process changes, and training requests, including maintaining clear RACI ownership, routing, and stakeholder alignment Produce and continuously improve reporting that supports inventory planning decisions, including defining how reports are used within forums and planning discussions Support the structure and effectiveness of recurring planning and governance forums through agendas, materials, and content coordination Own development of inventory planning content and materials used to support recurring planning discussions and trade-off reviews Partner with Director+ leaders across Inventory Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Distribution Center operations, and Store Operations to develop content that supports fact-based discussions and informed decision-making Translate inventory signals, performance trends, and planning inputs into clear materials that help leaders assess risks, align on priorities, and understand actions Oversee development and maintenance of training content, job aids, and supporting materials so planning processes, tools, and expectations are clearly documented and consistently understood Partner with HR and Learning & Development to support large-scale training efforts and align inventory planning content to enterprise learning approaches Use enterprise tools, including AI agents, to scale planning content, process documentation, and knowledge distribution in practical and sustainable ways Identify gaps in reporting, content, intake management, or forum effectiveness and recommend improvements that strengthen consistency, clarity, and execution Support adoption of consistent planning practices by reinforcing process discipline, clear expectations, and well-structured supporting materials Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, business analytics, supply chain, operations, training content, or related fields Experience supporting cross-functional processes, reporting, or operational routines in a complex business environment Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical materials Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to synthesize data and business inputs into useful insights, content, and recommendations Experience using Microsoft Office tools and other enterprise systems for reporting, documentation, or content support Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, consumer, or other complex planning environments Familiarity with inventory planning concepts, planning routines, and cross-functional decision forums Experience creating SOPs, job aids, training materials, or governance content Experience supporting intake processes, stakeholder coordination, or RACI-driven work management Familiarity with enterprise tools, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutions used to scale workflows or content Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
