Join Our Team as a Manager, Maintenance & Engineering - Carlisle, PA! Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a Manager, Maintenance & Engineering to lead our maintenance team in Carlisle, PA. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for ensuring our facility and production equipment are operating safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You'll oversee maintenance and engineering activities, develop a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement to optimize performance.

What You'll Do:

Champion safety-first initiatives and ensure compliance with CCM safety programs. Develop a strong, customer-focused maintenance & engineering team through coaching and leadership. Set clear standards, provide tools and training, and hold team members accountable for excellence. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality Services, EHS, and more to align maintenance strategies with business goals. Lead the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and plant utilities. Optimize reliability by implementing best-in-class maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Drive continuous improvement, leveraging COS (Continuous Operating System) methodologies to solve problems and enhance processes. Oversee budget management and cost control while ensuring optimal equipment performance.

What You Bring:

✔️ 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical/Electrical specialization preferred).✔️ OR 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience with an Associate's degree in a related technical field.✔️ Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
